June 2019 - Endure - Mind, Body and the Curiously Elastic Limits of Human Performance by Alex Hutchinson. This book has a ton of great performance tips for endurance athletes and dives into the power of our mind and how it affects our performance. Love Love Love this book!
May 2019 - What Doesn’t Kill Us by Scott Carney - This book will cover the power of our mind along with proper breathing techniques to get there
